我方作为贵公司XXXXXXXX货物的供应商，向贵公司做出如下保证：

一、关于我方经营资格的保证

我方保证向贵公司提供的营业执照、经营生产许可证真实有效。

二、关于我方供应货物的保证

1、供应货物都有合格的《质量检测报告》和相关的产品合格证，符合国家的相关规定。

2、供应货物经贵公司书面确认供应品牌后，不作随意更换。

3、供应货物的保质期不低于XXX天，自货物经贵公司验收入库之日起计算。

4、我方认可贵公司的货物验收制度，并在对供应货物进行验收时，严格遵守贵公司的货物验收制度。

5、对未通过验收的货物，保证在贵公司规定时间内补充合格的货物。

6、对通过验收的货物，在贵公司投入使用之前，出现相关证照不全、品牌不符及质量问题的，保证无条件退货，并在贵公司规定时间内补充合格的货物。

7、因我方供应货物的质量问题，对贵公司造成了不良影响的，我方愿承担该批货物价款1—10倍的罚款，并承担由此所造成的经济损失及法律责任。
